What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Q1: Are you a factory manufacturer for custom packaging bags?

A1: Yes, we can customize any plastic bags you need, and we have our own factory which is located in Hebei province since 2005.

Q2: What is your packaging style range?

A2: Stand up bags zipper lock bags,3 side seal bags, side gusset bags, flat bottom bags, vacuum bags, retort bags Kraft paper bags, aluminium foil bags.

Q3: May I get sample or mateial to check the quality?

A3: Of course you can. We can offer you samples free in stock, only the freight at your charge.

Q4: For artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?

A4: Al, PDF, EPS, TIF, PSD, high resolution JPG.

Q5: What about the lead time for mass production?

A5: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season. Generally production lead time is within 15-25days.

Q6: What is your terms of payment?

A6: T/T 50% deposit before mass production, 50% balance before shipment.

Q7: How do you ship the products?

A7: By sea, by air, by Express DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, etc.

Q8:Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?

A8:Yes, but you need to tell us asap. If your order has been done in our production line, we cannot change.
